Includes a fold-out panoramic view of the World's Columbian Exposition in color. 832 pages. 4to dark brown ornately embossed leather binding with gilt stamped lettering. All edges gilt. Good condition. Hinges are slightly cracked with some reglued broken areas. Pages 715 through 808 have a 1/4" to 1" triangular brown stain at upper edges of hinge area; binding a bit loose; corners are worn to boards; edges are rubbed & scuffed with a few digs along outer rear side edge; spine edges are chipped with some loss of leather binding; a 1" jagged tear at upper spine edge has been noticeably repaired; there is some tearing in the lower outer hinge areas.
