Hartford: Printed by Hudson & Goodwin, 1799. 80pp. Dbd. Original stitching holes evident. Nineteenth-century inscription on titlepage. Upper margin trimmed with some loss to page numbers and the first word of the title. Tanned with light foxing and occasional minor stains. A good copy. EVANS 35345. STREETER SALE 887. SABIN 15681. A thorough examination of the history and right of title to these lands, which was being contested between New York and Connecticut for many years prior to the publication of this document.
