In GOOD CONDITION. 236pp plus 4pp of advertising, bound in vellum, brown leather label on spine with gilt lettering. Book appears to have been bound in vellum as a second binding, with new endpapers. Pages age darkened, water mark on ffp's with front hinge split. Ballou served 35 years as Minister of the School Street Universalist Church in Boston, guiding the development of Universalism and was it's foremost exponent. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
