Original tan wrapper with black lettering and a blue and white logo of the City of Los Angeles. 8 3/4 X 11 3/4. 9 pages. Copy includes information regarding the construction of City Hall in Los Angeles in 1927. Included in this copy is a small memento, approx 6 1/2 X 10 inches which states that a copy of this memento is placed in a crypt in the corner stone of City Hall.
