As I scanned through the recipes, there are recipes of every type, but two key ingredients caught my eye that are used throughout, and are probably very representative of their Vermont heritage (maple and apples); The book is beautifully illustrated by Kimble, who signed the half-title page; Also included is a one-page bio of Kimble, and a flyer entitled "Warren Kimble's America", which is basically a furniture sales brochure, but there are several photos of great country furniture pieces in that; DJ has only the slightest curl along the top edge; There are no other significant flaws on either the DJ or in the book itself; Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. She currently resides in West Rutland, Vermont, where she is a freelance chef and food consultant.
