About the Author

Will Scott is passionate about creating environments where people thrive so they can be the best that they can be. As the original Culture Czar, Will has studied, researched, and adopted corporate culture strategies in his own companies and helped numerous businesses and organizations implement their own valued cultures. Each one has its own remarkable story and some are shared within these pages. 

Will leads workshops and speaks regularly on the subject of corporate culture using his proprietary 9 Deeds in 90 Days to take organizations from core values to valued cultures. Will hosts the Valued Culture podcast and blogs about all things relating to corporate culture. He has spoken all over the world, is a media consultant, frequent guest on other podcasts, and also hosts and facilitates group and corporate retreats for leadership and personal development. 

A longtime member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Will served on the board of EO Chicago, is a founding member of EO Wisconsin, and an EO Accelerator Trainer as well as a 10,000 Small Businesses program facilitator. With an MBA in international business from the University of Southern California, Will has been an entrepreneur for more than twenty years and is an implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. 

Born in Zambia, Will is a European and naturalized U.S. citizen who has lived in six countries and done business in more than fifty. He served in the Royal Marines and led transformations in organizations as diverse as SME companies, student unions, churches, and global charitable foundations. Will is the proud father of Sam and Chloe, an avid fan of National Geographic®, a yoga practitioner/meditator, and a frequent triathlete.
