FEDEX, & others will be charged at actual cost plus $2.00 packaging.
International orders: flat rate to Canada: $23.95; to all other countries:
$29.95. International Mail will ship at quoted flat rate if book fits 4#
maximum envelope. Otherwise book may incur a surcharge which will be quoted
as required.
