About the AuthorTamirat Gibon Ginja is Lecturer at Arbaminch College of Teacher’s Education, Ethiopia. Before joining the college, he thought secondary school Amharic (official language of Ethiopia) for more than seven years and school principal for two years.Tamirat earned his M.A. degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Addis Ababa University.
