43x28cm. A publication presented to members of the Society by Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Hiatt on occasion of the marriage of their daughter. Loose-leaf contents:- one double-leaf comprising title-page with small-scale decoration in grey, texts 'About the Artist' with design in black-and-white, 'About the Machzor', and 'About the Illustrations' with design in black-and-white, and imprint / 16 single leaves of plates, each with design in black-and-white incorporating short extracts from Hebrew texts. Title-page very faintly & patchily toned. One plate with sharp crease of length 13cm across lower inner corner, well away from image. Blue paper-covered card portfolio, front titled & decorated in off-white. Spine sunned. Front cover moderately sunned towards upper and lower edges, otherwise a little faded, and with light surface creases across lower outer corner; rear a little sunned towards upper edge, more noticeably sunned along upper and inner extremities, a little faded elsewheres, and lightly marked. Portfolio in good condition, and apart from flaws mentioned, contents fine. Overall condition VERY GOOD.
