Translated from the Greek by James Merrick, Trinity College of Oxford [1720-1764] . Contemporary 3/4, smooth brown calf over floral boards, spine rebacked in six compartments. Boards are quite rubbed but clean, spine is moderately rubbed but solid with later leather lables lettered in gilt. The contents are exceedingly clean. The book is solid and overall a very good copy.
