About the Author:

The author is a Navy veteran of World War II and an Army veteran of The Korean War. Activated with The Oklahoma National Guard's 45* Infantry Division he was commissioned an Infantry Lieutenant in 1953. With a total of ten years active Duty he was retired from the Army Reserve as a Colonel. He was a civilian Intelligence Specialist for the Air Force. His wife of fifty five years died in 2003 and he now resides in Mesquite, Nv.
