Synopsis: Why should you buy this book? Isn't this topic passe', a figment of the imagination of consultants...much to do about nothing? Before you conclude this for sure. Read the following: This is a message to those of you who may lead, manage, teach, parent or otherwise have an apparently senior position to gen Y those born between the early eighties and the mid-nineties. Sometimes referred to as Millennials often times perplexing to their older cohorts...Gen X, Baby Boomer and Traditionals. Tatoos...flipflops...purple hair...piercings in inconceivable places...you didn t sign up for this, right. And even when your gen y appears perfectly normal , you are treated in the same way you imagine a worker in a mental institution might treat an obviously delusional patient...they handle you very carefully, even agreeing with the statements you make over and over again. Why? Because they are safe in the knowledge that you are going to be gone sooner rather than later and they ll still be here. How did this happen? There are 7 irreversible realities...do you know what they are and the impact of them on you? Do you know the 7 most irritating things gen y say and how to constructively respond? Do you know the 6 qualities that gen y share with all generations? Do you know how to leverage all this to enable a workplace, a family or an organization to work together in a constructive way and create a present and a future which all generations want to be a part of? I expect that most of us wouldn t be able to answer these questions without the assistance of a coach or guide. That is where I come in. Take advantage of the 10 years of research into this topic which I led and my 36 years of business experience and buy at least one copy of my book...more if you want to spread this expertise around. Let me help you decode these generational differences.
