Volume four of The Analectic Magazine, July-December, 1814. Three-quarter leather and marbled boards. Top of spine well worn, hinge leather cracked but book is still sound. Aside from two or possibly three newspaper appearances, this is the first appearance of Key's lyric based upon his experience during the British attack on Fort McHenry on September 13, 1814.
