A very detailed study of many aspects of Roman Catholicism (both obscure and commonplace) including transubstantiation, confession, infallibility of the Church and the government of the Church of Rome. Book itself is in quite poor condition, with the spine taking the brunt of damage. The spine is detached from binding for about half its length at top edge, and about halfway down the length of the spine has a horizontal tear as well. No jacket included. The boards have badly bumped corners, considerable rubbing and edge wear. The binding is quite solid for age but still a little loose. Previous owner's name is written on the title page, and one or more of the front endpapers may be missing. The text itself is clean and unmarked, although the pages are tanned and brittle with age. Musty odor. Tulsa's best used bookstore. Located on South Mingo Road since 1991. No-hassle return policy if not completely satisfied. Bookseller Inventory #
