About this Item

This is a set of 4 books (Volumes 1, 2, 3, & 4) of the history of music and musicians by Sir George Grove. The exterior boards are brown, there is gilt lettering on the spines. Overall the set is in good condition for it's age--however there is some light fraying to the top of the spines (Volume 4 has a larger tear at the top of the spine), and some light marks in places on the exterior of the books. The inside front hinges are cracked--but the books are still bound. Light overall signs of age inside. Email us for a photo of this wonderful antique set. We ship fast. Extra shipping if going overseas. Size: Over Sized. Bookseller Inventory # 007875
