16 Inches x 11 Inches. this homemade scrapbook includes a collection of many articles, photos and ads featuring the Dionne Quints and their family, clippings begin with a story by the mother of the ba ttle for custody of the girls, literally hundreds of yellowing photos from clippings from 1935 through 1940., there are many color magazine ads featuring the Quints, Karo, Palmolive soap, Lysol, Quak e r Oats, Remington Rand Typewriters, Included is a nice half page slick color photo of the whole Dionne family from the Chicago Sunday Tribune on August 17, 1941, and a full page picture from the Ch i ca go Herald American of March 24, 1940. most of the ads are loose and not attached as are many of the articles and clippings. This is a real treasure of these beautiful girls who were isolated fro m t hei r family and exploited before the world by the doctor who delivered them. Bookseller Inventory # A641

Most of our books are over 40 years old, many are early 1900's, a number from the 1800's. Our adult level books cover Americana, West, Iowa and other Regional, Sports, War (esp. WW2, Civil), Literature, Classics, Poetry, Novels, Christian, Technical. We have a good selection of Gladys Tabor and Harold Bell Wright titles. About 40 percent of our books are youth and juvenile oriented, many by collectible illustrators. We have a large selection of old school books for beginners and grade school-also a big selection of Little Golden 1st editions.
