A short genealogy of the direct ancestors of Jacob Wendell of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, preceded by a short history of the Dutch settlements in New Netherland, which ran from Cape Cod to the Chesapeake Bay. GOOD+ condition. Minor scuffing and fading to the covers. Light soiling. Corners and head and tail of the spine frayed. Interior solid, with a tear to the lower margin of the first several pages.
