About the Author: Wassajja Emmy is an alumnus of the Ford Foundation. He earned his MA in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School, Brandeis University-USA (2006), an Msc. in Environment, Makerere University. Emmy currently works with the National Environment Management Authority in Uganda as a District Support officer/Environmental Inspector.
