[0-06-012563-2] 1974, 1st edition, 3rd printing. (hardcover) Very good in fine dust jacket. 341pp. 8vo. Ex-lib., with stamps and date paste down, partially removed, from the front free endpaper. That identified, this copy is a first edition, third printing and not a Book Club Edition (BCE). Jacket unclipped. Some residue to the cover, front and back. The Dispossessed is one of only a few books to win all of the big 3 science fiction awards: the Hugo, the Locus, and the Nebula, for best novel and received a degree of recognition unusual for sci fi, perhaps because it explored such themes as anarchism, revolutionary societies, capitalism, utopia, individualism and collectivism.
