This publiction was a facsmile reprint of the 1944 edition. Given the original publication, mention is made of war time diving as well as commercial salvage work. Apart from chapters on the (then) basics of diving, several chapters describe the processes of cutting under water. There is a previous owner name and stamp on the ffep, and remnants of erased pencil in the margin of the final page.
