Clapp. Cond : Boards are green with gilt lettering - spine only. End-papers are grey. D.J. is green with silver, white, and gilt lettering and decoration. Regimental badge is only graphic on D.J. Binding is heavily shaken, small hinge split on front bottom hinge. D.J. is completely tattered - now protected in MYLAR. D.J. not price-clipped and with a decent spine. P.O name stamp on front paste-down. Gift inscr. on fep by Lt. Col. John Toogood (??) to a former Lieutenant Harvey . . Lightly soiled, 2 small ink marks in text block. Excellent reading copy !!
