Full issue with a 42 page printing of Soddy's most important lectures, presenting some of his previous research and \ the difficulties that will be faced in the future, scientifically and philosophically, in understanding the limitation of the universe. Frederick Soddy (1877-1956) was a British chemist awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1921 for: "His contribution to our knowledge of radioactive substances and his investigations into the origin and nature of isotopes" Soddy gave the name "isotopes" to elements with identical chemical properties but different atomic weights. Discussed in the memoir on pages 10-11 is the term "metabolon," that had been proposed by Rutherford. Other scientific articles included well illustrate paper on molluscs.
