This the 1938 edition with the brown paper cover published by the Utah Historical Society and printed by Stevens ans Wallis. It has eighty-one b&w illustrations, index, and 405 pages. Is very clean and id actually in very good condition for its age and lightweight cover. No tears. Curling on corners.
