Hacket) on the title, bottom half of the last blank missing, ESTC T89503 (listing only 4 copies in the UK and 7 in total). A London edition is recorded in the same year with illustrations by George Bickham. This Dublin edition is not illustrated. Of the author, little is known apart from what is outlined on the title page: "Minister of Teddington, Middlesex; and Chaplain to the Right Honourable the Earl of Denbigh."
