WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS for Internet book purchases , PLEASE USE ABE COMMERCE TO ORDER OUR BOOKS WITH A CREDIT CARD. We accept checks, money orders, and Paypal (Paypal payment is due on receipt of invoice). Domestic postage & handling is usually $5.50 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book.
