About this Item

Full brown padded leather with gilt-stamped titles; 8vo; illustrated with b/w photos; limited to 500 copies of the deluxe edition. The story of, perhaps, the world's greatest archer. With information of his competition shooting as well as hunting big game. The book states Hill was the first white man to kill an elephant with a bow and arrow. Apparently, the deluxe edition sold out prior to publication as all 500 original subscriber's names appear in an appendix at rear of book. This copy as new with the exception of the limitation is of a small number of overrun copies and therefore not numbered. It is signed and stated thus in the author's hand.
