Store Description

Edinburgh Community Bookshop was opened in 2022 to raise funds for local charities. We have a physical shop in Leith which is run by over 30 volunteers. All books have been donated to us by members of the public or local organisations. Each month we support a different people-based charity in the Edinburgh area by donating the profits from our shop directly to them. For example in October 2022 we donated �2397.48 to Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity. In November 2022 we are raising fund for Cyrenians, an Edinburgh based charity tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness.
