About this title

Synopsis:

Aware that something very important was going on, Duke sat silently beside Laura as they watched the changing colors of the sea. Duke, do you ever have dreams you wish for so hard you feel you can make them come true? Yes, Princess, I Do. Big dreams? Real big. Big as the whole Universe? Bigger, he said, smiling. Bigger? What could be bigger than the whole Universe? Sometimes, Princess, what's in your heart.

About the Author:

Lorna Saunders grew up in New York City where, in a Greenwich Village bookstore, she met her husband and editor to be, Kraig. A writer from childhood, she began with 'The Neighborhood News,' a scandal sheet of her very own which was suppressed on grounds of excess candor the moment it hit the streets. Undeterred, but from the safety of elementary school, she wrote and produced the Second Grade Class Play, followed over the years by a riot of poems, plays, paintings and intense, hybrid autobiographical prose/poem/play works. Between times she was a hat model, a color consultant, an apartment rental broker, an art crusader/dealer/agent/owner/operator with galleries in Colorado, California, New Mexico, and New York, as well as having a personal business on Wall Street. When, in consequence of a bungled medical procedure, she was by great good luck not killed, her love of writing forcefully returned and she began a story based on a painting based on a dream. It became 'The Elsewhere.'
