About this title:

Synopsis: Embracing Your Destiny (EYD) introduces you to common-sense principles that will transform your life from a meaningless conglomeration of failed opportunities, shattered hopes, dreams, and expectations, into an extraordinary existence filled with renewed promises, infinite possibilities, and enduring accomplishments. EYD's practical applications will help you to discover the reason you were put here on Earth. EYD was birthed out of the profundity of the questions, "Who am I" and "What is my purpose in life?" The theme of this book grew out of a conviction that each person, regardless of his or her creed, nationality, ethnicity, race, or religion, has a special function, a part, a task, a duty, a plan, and a certain purpose to fulfill, and a multifaceted mission to accomplish in life.

From the Author: Dear reader,

As an author, perhaps, the most common question I am asked is, "What prompted you to write this book?" And here is what I share with those inquiring minds. The major impetus behind writing this book was a growing sense of dissatisfaction with life in the status quo. That is, I grew tired of: (1) satisfying the ambitions of employers, and others, while imperiling my own financial, relational, and spiritual well-being and security; (2) playing a never-ending supporting role in others success, while my life remained at a stand still; (3) being a consumer instead of a producer; (4) living to get paid instead of living to give; (5) living a substitute life in place of my ideal life--one defined by pushing myself beyond the limits of my creative endurance.
Here are my words of encouragement for you: As a miner seeks after a rare blue diamond, seek after your purpose with all the energy you can muster. Become the caretaker of your destiny. Look into the far reaches of your soul, look beyond the cosmos, and your dreams will be transformed into cosmic-size realities.
