About this title

We all want to be happy. We all want to perform well. We all want to be healthy. Secrets for fulfilling these desires can be found in this little comic book. With the backing of scientific investigations, for the first time, the actual causes of your emotions are revealed. With this information you can take charge of your emotions rather than be a victim of depression, frustration, anger and anxiety. Instead you will be able to choose joy, satisfaction and excitement in your life. You can see how your mind/machine works to produce good and bad feelings through common everyday life situations. Although they can have influence, you will clearly see how situations cannot cause your emotions. The causes are in you. And that means that you have choice. Once you understand how your mind/brain machine works, you will have the keys to a happier, healthier and more productive life.
