In a loosely edited fashion her covers irrigation in the San Joaquin Valley, the Fresno scraper, and the Stockton plow. Various b/w photos accom text - the most int. of these is the one on p. 200 of a Delano area jack-rabbit `cleanse'. .Read more about : Emma Swall, Kaweah River, Pool's Ranch, Campbell's Ferry, flood-control, and Venice Hill. Cond : Boards are orange with ggilt lettering - spione only. Dust jacket is orange with white lettering. D.J. graphic is of a herd of cattle in oak country -perhaps on the DeWitt ranch. Volume (and d.j.) is bright, tight, square, and clean. D.J. has a fold and a trivially small tear. Both spines fine. Other than sig. and inscr. by aithor on ffep there are no marks. Collectible !!
