Please note that expedited domestic mail and international mail will likely run extra on this heavy item.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE: $4.99 standard shipping for ALL media items (books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) no matter the weight, and for most non-media items. Expedited shipping (usually via Priority Mail) may run more than the rate quoted for items that cannot fit in the flat-rate envelope, especially if shipping a long way from California; in that case, we will contact you after your order with the exact shipping.
