Green boards with bright gilt drawing of the Engineer's Club and title on front cover remain in Near Fine condition as does the interior which is clean and bright. No dust jacket. Contains minutes of First Meetings and a history of the club which was founded in 1902. In the last quarter of the 18th century, Joseph Frobisher (North West Company) bought an estate and built a house known as Beaver Hall. The estate came into the hands of Thomas Phillips, an engineer. Part of the estate was bought by William Dow and he built the house used by the Engineer's Club in approximately 1845. Unpaginated. Size: 7" By 9 1/4" Unpaginated Language: eng.
