This small leather bound volume contains two children?s books, Printed in Wellington Shropshire by Houlston and Son, the First book is The thirteenth edition of The Errand Boy published in 1832, illustrated with a hand coloured frontispiece and further hand coloured illustrations within the text, the second volume is The Second Edition of The History of Marten and His Two Little Scholars, a story set in and around Wellington & Wrockwardine in Shropshire, illustrated with a hand coloured frontispiece, both books have their original printed wrappers bound in. The leather binding has some staining and cracking to both joints, internally endpapers heavily browned at edges, moisture staining to top of page edges to the opening three pages of The Errand Boy, also moisture staining to front cover of The History of Marten, rest of contents generally nice and clean.
