Lacking the Sidi Barrani map, as expected and noted on the errata slip. A binding flaw in the preliminary pages has omitted page xvii/xviii and duplicated xix/xx, and omitted xxiii/xxiv and duplicated xxi/xxii (missing pages include the first Contents page.).
