Prior owner's signature on ffep, thin scratchmarks on first plate, creasing on corners of few pages, 1cm tear near joint one page, dampstaining and soiling to some degree on about half of the pages (mostly just a spot or two near the margins, the worst being a two page spread with spots of dampstaining on about one fourth of the spread.), binding is tight, hand-numbered as 1724 of 2500. Dick Whittington & His Cat in VG condition, light wear, few spots of light soiling, binding is tight, numbered 1724, signed by Illustrator Robert Lawson and inscribed by General Editor Jean Hersholt to "L--". Saint George & The Dragon in VG condition, light soiling, sunfading on spine, binding is tight, numbered 1724.
