Black cloth in dust jacket. Reprint edition (ninth printing, although perhaps later). 272 pp., plus ads. Striking dust jacket art by Alfred Skrenda. The first novel by Katherine Ursula Towle, made into the 1930 film 'The Divorcee' which was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture, and for which Norma Shearer won Best Actress. GOOD jacket on a VERY GOOD book. Some toning, soiling and foxing/spotting to the jacket, mostly to the rear panel. Minor chipping and tearing along the extremities, with some associated creasing.
