Synopsis: Everyday life can be packed full with necessary and pleasurable activities. From the moment our eyelids open to face a new day, to the time we lay our heads down at night. Often our thoughts are still consumed with our daily agenda far into our desire for sleep. Yet in the midst of our everyday life lingers the presence of the One who knows and loves us more than we could ever comprehend. With God?s deep love for us comes a desire to have fellowship with us. But often in the busyness of life and all the things that can fill our hearts and minds, His presence and His still small voice can go unnoticed. Still, He lingers . . . God is always at work in our lives, and so often we miss Him because we?re too busy. Maybe, just maybe, if we were to slow down, and take some time to notice, we would see Him there??right in the midst of our lives. Peace, joy , comfort, along with everything else we need to survive this journey called ?life? can be found in Him. I have come to realize life?s journey is more fulfilling by taking time to Experience God In Everyday Life. Here are a few short stories where He has helped me see His presence in my own life. Born and raised in the rural community of Baker City, Oregon, Jeanine resides there still with her husband Chuck. They have two married children and two grandchildren. They enjoy the outdoor activities that beautiful Eastern Oregon has to offer, and trips to the coast. After 20 years of daycare and raising their children she felt a gentle nudge from the Lord, along with encouragement from family and friends, to share some of her writings.
