Yale University Press, CT. Bingham is best remembered for redicovering the Machu Picchu in 1911. He became a pilot in 1917 and organized the United States Schools of Military Aeronautics at universities across the country upon the US entry to WWI. Bingham later went to France to command the Third Aviation Instruction Center, the US largest primary instruction and fighter training school. The book is unread based on the number of uncut pages. Very good copy of the first edition. The book has minor wear on the bottom spine tab and the front bottom corner is starting. No dust jacket. 260 pages. Bookseller Inventory # 39152
