Book is in VERY GOOD condition with red cloth stamped in gilt and dark green on front board and spine. Book's spine tips and corners are bumped and worn and spine is sunned. Gilt and green tree on front board are bright and mostly complete. Binding moderately soiled and rubbed with light edge wear. Color frontispiece and title page with original tissue still intact plus 27 other plates (4 in color) all on glossy paper and in Near Fine condition; and one map in text. Pictorial endpapers. Front hinge is starting and right FEP is loose, otherwise binding and insides are tight, bright, clean and unmarked with no previous owner's or library markings. Top of text block dyed gilt. Hardcover, 7" x 10", 216pp, uncut pages. Bookseller Inventory # 002482
