For several years, he was the Chair of the committee that managed the New York Antiquarian Book Fair. He was one of the founding editors of the journal 'College and Undergraduate Libraries' and was a frequent contributor. APPRAISAL SPECIALISTS Appraisals for Estate, Insurance, and other purposes is a prime specialty. Also, as one of the organizers of the World Library Fund, Mr. Lieberman provides professional analyses of library collections, and helps plan library development and preservation programs for public and private institutions in the United States and abroad.
