About the Author: John D. Wineland is Professor of History and Archaeology at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. He is the author of Ancient Abila: An Archaeological History (2001) and editor of The Light of Discovery: Studies in Honor of Edwin M. Yamauchi (2007).
