Title is on the ffep showing through a rectangular cutout in the front wrap. Someone has written two note on the ffep in black ink. The note showing with the title reads, " 1) Tent City - 1960 2) White violence - 1969, voting & school deseg." The second note, at top of ffep, reads, "Tent city - Fayette County - 1960 (dispossessed Black farmers (?) who registered to vote.)" This Southern Regional Council report deals with the issues in the two notes in much detail.
