Full blue cloth with inset printed spine label and letterpress dust-jacket. A fine copy with an invoice loosely inserted and a note of thanks for the suggestion of using Galliard as typeface. An excellent commentary which also provides much background material on the subject and the characters connected with it. Of especial interest is the light the book sheds on the part played by Horace Hart in the revival, but with a cast of characters including Daniel, Hornby, Macy and Morison.
