Rear wrap DETACHED, with the fold out map tenuously attached to it. Some chipping and tearing to the map along the left edge where it is detaching, with a few other small tears along the folds. Rear wrap chipped and torn along the extremities, with some loss. Front wrap attached to the pamphlet with new looking staples along the binding edge. Faint vertical crease present to the booklet.
