About Firefly Bookstore
Located in downtown Kutztown, we are an independently-owned and operated New and Used bookstore. Started in 2012 by two book aficionados, Firefly Bookstore strives to provide the best in diverse products and customer services. In addition to books on almost any subject, Firefly carries a large range of products including cards, bookmarks, audio books, and family tree charts. Additionally, we have a large tabletop game selection, including board games, dice and card games, and Role-Playing titles. We have a wide selection of puzzles from Pomegranate and others. We have in stock new, each year, a large collection of current year Calendars with 100s of titles and styles to choose from, always discounted. We buy and trade books and games whenever the store is open, and we are looking for material for every section. Store credit can be used on new and used material. We are interested in large purchases, such as collections and estate sales. We are particularly looking for gaming books, metaphysics, history, cooking, science, Pennsylvania history and children's books. Delivery Expectations
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days. All orders ship via United States Postal Service.
Standard
Media Mail shipments within the U.S. typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days, however; shipments may take up to 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.
Deliveries to APO / FPO / DPO addresses as well as packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands can take 3 to 8 weeks to arrive.
ExpeditedPriority Mail shipments within the U.S. typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days, occasionally they take as long as 6 business days.
International
First-Class / Priority Mail shipments typically arrive in 2 to 4 weeks (they occasionally take up to 8-12 weeks due to delays in customs).
Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse these fees with our shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise as below value or mark items as "gifts."

Shipping Terms
Orders typically ship via U.S. Media Mail within two (2) business days. We base our shipping rates on the average costs of shipping plus materials. We do not try to profit from shipping, preferring to keep the customers costs down. Heavier items we may contact the buyer regarding additional shipping, particularly overseas.
We wrap our items in water-resistant paper or bubble wrap prior to packing. Larger items will be boxed, delicate items will be wrapped in added padding particularly to protect covers, spines and corners. Smaller to medium items are packaged in paper-padded envelopes then all seams sealed with packing tape.
Insurance is generally not included for items under $100. If you want added insurance, please contact us to make arrangements.
