First Edition. 29pp. Original pea green cloth with color pictorial pasteon on the front cover, lettering stamped in gilt. This copy signed by the book's designer, Carl Hertzog, on the back endpaper. A fascinating book, containing color photos of the church's stained glass windows, which were designed by Tom Lea. A fascinating and fairly uncommon Texas small press item. Hertzog was a pioneer of Texas fine printing, along with Tom Lea. They first met in 1937 and collaborated on many projects. This work is a piece that Hertzog designed for his own church. Corners gently bumped. Gift inscription on the front free endpaper. Front cover unevenly sunned. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Signed by Book Designer. Book. Bookseller Inventory # 363
