About this Item
Flower Fairies of the Spring. Written and illustrated by Cicely Mary Barker. Published by Blackie and Sons. Undated but probably 1950's. A buff coloured book with black tiles and a paste down sticker of a The Wood Sorrel Fairy on the front. The pictures within are printed on one side of the page only. Condition: Very Good: The boards are clean and unmarked. The corners and the top and bottom of the spine are only a very little worn. The contents are clean and un-thumbed. There is just a shadow of foxing here and there. The previous owner's name is written in pen on the end paper. Also a book shop sticker. The jacket is complete; just a little worn at the extremities and repaired with tape at the top and bottom were there is wear or a very small tear.
