Signed by author. Collectable because of the author, illustrator and printer but best of all a great history of the West Texas frontier. A couple of black writing marks on the cover. Light rubbing. Pages slightly yellowed. A few fingerprint stains at the beginning of the book. Inside pages clean and binding is tight. Seller Inventory # 7-3-903
