About the Author:

Peggy Hutchison and John Lord are parents of Karen Lord. Peggy is a retired professor who has taught, researched and advocated for inclusion and friendship for many years. John is an inclusion researcher and facilitator and a partner in the Facilitation Leadership Group. Karen is active in her community as a self-advocate, yoga teacher, employee of several workplaces, and lectures about inclusion and friendship. John & Peggy were co-founders of the Centre for Community Based Research and have authored numerous publications. All three live in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON Canada.
